All benefits are given within 15 minutes from successful purchase (Contact a mod or support if you don't see any changes) - and will remain active on the account until the subscription is no longer renewed - or canceled. All subscriptions can be canceled at any time - without question. If you run into any issues - please email or contact a moderator in-game.

To cancel your subscription you need to log into the webstore using the email you originally purchased with. If you haven't set up an account, you can check out this tutorial video that will explain how to do so. If you still can't get your subscription canceled, please get in touch with the support email above. You may need to provide proof of ownership over any accounts you wish to cancel the subscription for.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Being a donor DOES NOT prevent you from being punished. That may include kicks, mutes, bans, and anything else at the discretion of the server operator. If you are permanently banned, your subscription will be canceled by an administrator. Temp bans will be handled per basis. If the ban is longer than 1 month, it will be canceled. Everything under that threshold, will stay in place. If you are temporarily banned and wish to cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions above or contact us via the support email.
